Lost Everyday

Have you ever experienced being sad even if there is no reason? Or feel that you are being blamed about something that you did not do? If you did, then we both feel that way. There are some things that we cannot tell to our friends even if you are close. Sometimes you would just want to keep it to yourself. But keeping things and problems to yourself can lead to anxiety.

Anxiety is something that is less serious than depression but it is also an effect of stress. As for me, writing is an easy way of releasing the anxiety that I feel whenever I feel extremely sad. Most people tend to see me as someone who is very strong and brave. They say that I am very snobbish but also talkative. Sometimes I have problems regarding my family but it is not something so extreme. It is just because of me, being a hard-headed daughter. There are also times that I feel so lonely especially in the school that I am currently enrolled in because this year is just my second year here. I haven’t built enough bond with my classmates yet. But to relieve my stress I am just thinking of the remaining months of the school year.

Sometimes the feeling of being lonely can eat us up especially if you are an over thinker like me. But instead of sulking and ousting ourselves from the people around us we should just learn how to cope up with the situation. We should always learn from everything that is happening to us because like what they say ‘what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger’. So we should just be strong and courageous.
